Trusting the Design Process

Interior design is vital in creating a comfortable and welcoming living space, whether moving into a new house, building one from scratch, or staying in the same place for years. Several factors, such as color scheme, furniture, and layout, influence the overall design, and it's crucial to consider them carefully. Hiring an interior designer can make the process easier and result in a better final product. As your interior designer, we understand the importance of building trust with our clients. We know that not everyone will immediately trust the design process, so we would like to explore how we work to earn the trust of our clients who believe in us and our designs.

“The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them”—Ernest Hemingway.

HOW WE BUILD CLIENT TRUST – THE LITTLE THINGS

It all starts with the small things. We always arrive on time, keeping our word. We are always available to answer calls, emails, and messages, emphasizing the word 'always.' We are committed to our clients during regular business hours, never keeping them at arm's length. We establish a long-lasting, mutual trust as we continue communicating and building strong relationships with our clients. With weekly updates on your project schedule and details on shipments.

Trusting our Process

When designing a home yourself, without professional help, it’s easy to end up with various items and design styles. Selecting furniture, accessories, fabrics, colors, and more that will all work to create a cohesive vibe is more complicated than it looks! Working with an interior designer allows you to give input on what you’d like without handpicking everything yourself, and as a result, your home will feel harmonious and tasteful.

Working with an interior designer is, without a doubt, the smoothest and most foolproof way to get the home of your dreams.

"A designer knows when he has reached perfection not when there is nothing left to add but when there is nothing left to take away." —Antione de Sainte-Exupery.

Managing The Tradespeople Needed

When you hire an interior designer, they will be responsible for coordinating the various tradespeople involved in your project. This means that you won't have to worry about whether or not they will show up. It's important to have trust in your designer and to stay updated on the progress of the project. Keep in mind that even though the designer will make reasonable efforts to install flawless goods, tradespeople are human and may sometimes run behind schedule. Additionally, custom-made furniture and other objects may have minor imperfections due to the fabrication process. However, it's important to understand that these imperfections can add character and life to a piece and that perfection is a relative concept.

“Have no fear of perfection—you’ll never reach it.” —Salvador Dali
